• Développer et optimiser les initiatives de marketing numérique;
• Gérer et mettre à jour les sites web de Vircom et Zoomin;
• Créer et optimiser des pages et microsites ciblés;
• Gérer. Analyser et optimiser les activités de référencement organique et de marketing payant (SEM);
• Exécuter les campagnes de courriel auprès des pistes de vente et des clients;
• Analyser et fournir des rapport hebdomadaires et mensuels des indicateurs de marketing numérique et des pistes de vente;
• Développer et gérer les contenus des réseaux sociaux et des blogs.

Profil requis:
• Baccalauréat en Marketing, Design Web, ou équivalent;
• 3+ années d’expérience en marketing numérique;
• Expérience avec la gestion des pistes de vente en ligne (génération, nurturing, scoring et conversion);
• Expérience avec le développement de sites web (CMS, pages d’accueil/landing, microsites, templates, styles, CSS et HTML de base);
• Expérience avec les programmes de email marketing;
• Expérience avec le référencement organique et payant (, SEM);
• Expérience avec l’analyse web (Google Analytics, Trends, Webmaster Tools, Website Optimizer, Keyword Tool, URL Builder)
• Expérience avec les réseaux sociaux (Blog, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+, Facebook, YouTube)
• Connaissance de Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Connaissance de Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop)
• Sensible à l’expérience utilisateur et au design.

• Bachelor degree in Marketing, Web Design/Development, or related discipline;
• 3+ years of Digital Marketing experience;
• Experience with Online Lead Funnels (generation, nurturing, scoring and conversion);

• Experience with Email Marketing programs;
• Experience with and SEM;
• Experience with Online Analytics (Google Analytics, Trends, Webmaster Tools, Website Optimizer, Keyword Tool, URL Builder)
• Experience with Social Networks (Blog, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+, Facebook, YouTube)

Details:
As a key member of our Inbound Marketing team, you will be responsible for the design, updates, pages, content and development of the corporate and blog web sites within a WordPress multi-lingual CMS. Your knowledge of search engines, social networks, blogs and content-based marketing will allow you to integrate engaging, dynamic and social elements to improve the visitors’ experience as well as developing custom pages for social media sites such as Facebook. Quite simply, you will create an attractive web experience for our customers and our potentials so that they agree it is worth their time to find out more about Vircom and engage with us.
Now, once you’ve got their attention and their interest, you will help them discover, learn about and try out our products and services in the most pleasant and effective way.

In order to improve profitability and efficiency in the lead generation funnel, you will be responsible for the entire web-based conversion ratios, from the landing page all the way to the download and interactions with our technical product and services team. As such, you will recommend web site projects, manage and optimize multiple custom landing pages through A/B testing and improve usability based on our targeted buyer personas.

Contributing to and improving both the internal web site mechanisms and inbound traffic flow is the core of the responsibilities of the DMS. Therefore, you will also be responsible for generating high quality and targeted web traffic through campaigns such as , pay-per-click, social networks, media sites, technical specialized sites and industry blogs.

Fully aware of the differences between traditional/outbound marketing and inbound marketing, your experience with WordPress, Dynamics CRM and marketing automation systems will help you drive efficient email marketing and lead nurturing in order to provide the sales department with real high quality prospects identified through lead scoring.

As the DMS, you will also analyze and report on online program and campaign effectiveness, metrics and dashboard through the use web analytics and marketing automation systems. To name a few, traffic sources, new unique visitors, goals, entrance paths and sources, exit pages and conversion ratios should be your part of your daily vocabulary.
